Pleasant Lightscapes, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Outdoor Lighting Technician to join our growing team. As a premier outdoor lighting company serving Sarasota and Manatee counties, we specialize in designing, installing, and maintaining custom lighting systems for residential and commercial properties.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing landscape lighting, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring the proper functioning of lighting systems. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of electrical systems, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful, illuminated outdoor spaces. Previous experience in outdoor lighting, electrical work, or landscape lighting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, along with the willingness to work in various outdoor environments and weather conditions.

- Installing low voltage outdoor lighting systems
- Trouble-shooting low voltage electrical systems
- Self-motivated, sales & service oriented person
- Basic knowledge of electricity is a plus (not required)
- The ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff
- Good time management skills
- State Driver’s License with excellent driving history
- Must be able to work as a team to get the job done
- Good people skills
- Must pass drug and background test
- 401K after first year
