Everything went very well from my initial contact through installation. Installers were professional, efficient, very knowledgeable, friendly, and represented Pleasant Lightscapes very well. They took time to explain everything including the underground electrical cable runs, the programming of the control timer, maintenance, and possibilities for expansion. It was a very professional experience from start to finish and we highly recommend Pleasant Lightscapes for all of your landscape lighting needs.

We were very happy with our lighting installation, it really enhanced our home in a tasteful way last year. This year upon returning to our home, half of it was not functioning. After calling Pleasant Lightscapes, they quickly sent one of their technicians, who identified the problem ( a cut line) and replaced it by burying it deeper, then added another light which made our home even look nicer. Thank you Tad.

When we sit outside for cocktail hour gazing out over our pool we just can’t stop saying…. “This guy really knew what he was doing!” We absolutely love the design Tad did! Pleasant Lightscapes installed our lightscape system in October, 2021. Right before hurricane Ian hit, we noticed the lights on the rear outdoor trees were not working. We contacted them after the storm and they had their crew at our home within a couple of days. The crew fixed the problem (a cut electrical line). I've been using these guys for Years. I just had them add a few more lights and I couldn't be happier. I told Tad what I wanted, he made a suggestion and boom now my backyard looks as awesome as my front yard at night. The lights they put in years ago are just like they installed them yesterday. I would highly recommend Pleasant Lightscapes. Both Tim and Tad were extremely professional, pleasant, on-time and provided quality lighting. They walked through everything and made great suggestions on accenting key focal areas both in landscaping and on the house and the results were amazing. They also provided lighting for many of neighbors who were also very happy with both the level of service and quality of light fixtures, I will call them again next time I need any lighting.

Pleasant Lightscapes just finished up putting up/down lights on our lanai posts and a light on a palm out back. The job came out great. These folks are absolute professionals. From the initial quote to the end of the job, everything was explained and there were no surprises. To top off the great work...they left the work area spotless. We highly recommend giving them a shout if you are looking to do any outdoor lighting or lanai lighting.
